2. Salon Services
We offer a variety of hair, bridal, and beauty services. All services are subject to availability, and prices are listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings and pricing without prior notice.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: All appointments can be booked online or by contacting our salon. A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
- Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
- Late Arrivals: If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled if it affects other clients’ schedules. Cancellation fee may apply if arrival time cannot be accommodated.
- No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
4. Payments
All services must be paid for at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and credit card. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Gift Cards and Packages
Gift cards and pre-paid packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for the services specified and must be used within the stated expiration date, if applicable.
6. Liability
Luscious & Co. will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse outcomes from products or services provided. We encourage clients to inform their stylist or technician of any allergies or sensitivities before their appointment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Luscious & Co. website, including text, images, and design elements, is owned by Luscious & Co. or licensed for use. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without our express permission.
