MEMBERSHIPS ARE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED MONTHLY. MEMBERSHIP CAN BE CANCELLED ANYTIME. UNSUSED BALANCES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND HAVE NO CASH VALUE.
ARE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED?
YES THEY ARE BY USING OUR ONLINE BOOKING OR CALLING INTO THE SALON.
WHAT COLOR IS INCLUDED?
ROOT COLOR IS MEANT FOR GUESTS NEEDING GREY COVERAGE AT THE ROOT. BLONDING SERVICE OR ALL-OVER COLOR DO NOT APPLY.
WHICH STYLIST DO I GET?
THIS PROGRAM WILL PRIMARLY BE OFFERED BY OUR JUNIOR STYLING TEAM. IF YOUR STYLIST IS NOT A JUNIOR, DONT WORRY! THEY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BOOK BASED AROUND YOUR PREFERENCE, AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU FOR ADVANCED COLOR AND CUTTING SERVICES.
CAN I COMBINE THIS WITH OTHER SERVICES?
YES! IF YOU RELY ON GREY COVERAGE IN BETWEEN YOUR “BIGGER” APPOINTMENTS LIKE HIGHLIGHTS- THIS IS FOR YOU!

BY VISITING OUR BOOKING SITE OR CALLING THE SALON. AVAILABLE IN SHELTON, CT
Disclaimer
- 1st visit includes an all-over color to assure even and cohesive custom formulations.
- Roots and Ends Memberships are intended for guests with root services only. All-over color is not included and may be available for an additional cost.
- Memberships must be canceled one month in advance.
- Unused balances do not carry over.
- Services are non-transferable.
- Bleach and Blonding services do not apply to the Roots & Ends membership.
- Gold members must make an appointment for their stand-alone blowdry service. Reoccurring appointment options are available.
- The L& Co cancellation policy applies to Roots & Ends memberships. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total. Frequent cancellations may result in membership services being revoked.
- Payments are automatically debited. If payment does not go through, memberships are canceled.
- Memberships have limited availability. If a membership is canceled due to non-payment and all slots are full, guests will be added to the waitlist.
- Luscious & Co cannot guarantee the availability of each stylist. This program is being run by Junior Stylists.
- Luscious & Co has the right to terminate memberships at their discretion. One month notice will be given.
- Founding member Rate expires 90 days after registration. The price will default to the listed price.
- In the event of a price change, one month notice will be given.
